On March 5 at 8:15 pm, the episode of “Land der Berge” featuring the Arlberg Trail will be broadcast for the first time on ORF III.

Stretching over 52 kilometres, the trail connects the villages of Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Christoph and St. Anton – and above all the people and their stories. The documentary follows hut host Markus Kegele, who lives sustainability, ski racer Nina Ortlieb on her way back from injury, regional food enthusiast Clemens Walch, athlete Simon Raffeiner, who combines hiking and paragliding, and mountain guide Rudi Mathies. The journey concludes at the Stuttgarter Hütte, home to Nepalese mountaineer Kami Lama, who shares his passion for the Arlberg.
